My Twitter “Followers†have increased substantially since I began “covering†the IDF operations in Gaza late last year. I’m now at about 50-odd Followers. This might not sound like a lot, but is impressive considering how little effort I’ve put into increasing that following.
In deference to this new audience, I have added a “Follow me on Twitter†badge to my Blogger blogs, as part of my “More of me†sidebar widgets. For now, I’ve made use of the Interactive Flash Widget from Twitter itself, but I will look around for something a bit more eye-catching. Also possibly something that uses less display real-estate.
So if you’re not already following Maskil on Twitter, here’s your chance. I usually “Tweet†only once a day, six days a week (excluding Shabbat); more often in the case of dramatic events such as the recent conflict in Gaza.
